We want to ensure that you
are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return
any item, its original condition and packaging with receipt
within 15 days of the date of
shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.
- Once we receive your returned product and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed as soon as possible as per availability of new item ordered. The returned item will be reviewed by our Quality Control Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, re-sized, custom engraved or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without the Jewel Sutra tags or jewelry that is damaged during return shipping or improperly packaged goods or uninsured return merchandise will be refused receipt. Jewel Sutra will not bear the shipping cost of returned merchandise.
- Below are the instructions on
returing the merchandize.
- Your Return Authorization Code. Email CustomerService@jewelsutra.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. You should provide this code in the packaging of returned merchandise.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write Jewel Sutra anywhere on the outside of the box. You should make sure that the packaging is securing the product well.
